Pregnancy yoga

A nurturing practice designed specifically for pregnancy, from 2nd trimester up to birth, that invites you to listen in and develop trust in your body.
Our classes offer an opportunity to connect with your body and your baby through gentle movement (asana), breathwork, visualisations and relaxation practices, as well as a space in this community to meet other local mums to be.
The last 20-30 minutes of each class is an optional chance to stay for cake and connection with other mums to be.
$20 drop in, 5 class pass $90 (transferable to mum & baby classes), $15 concessions
Mum & baby yoga
Mondays 10-11.15am venue tbc
Our post-natal classes provide you with a restorative and nurturing practice, as well as a chance to connect with other new mums in our community.
Our practice will focus on strengthening and stabilising your body - especially the core and pelvic floor, as well as helping you release tightness and tension in your hips, upper back, chest and shoulders.
These classes are open to all from 6 weeks after birth (8 weeks if c-section) until babies are crawling. Our yoga practice runs for approximately 45 minutes, with a chance to stay for snacks, a chat, and to get to know each other afterwards.
$20 drop in, 5 class pass for $90, $15 concessions
Mum & baby circles

A nurturing space where new mums come together in compassion and connection.
Through journaling, honest conversation, and mindful presence, we hold space for one another — honouring the highs and lows of motherhood. Rooted in community and support, these circles invite you to slow down, reflect, and feel seen, heard, and held — just as you are.
$20 drop in, 5 class pass for $90, $15 concessions
