Mum & baby yoga

This 6‑week postnatal yoga journey runs in a continuous cycle, moving through the themes of Nourish, Nurture, Strength, Stability, Balance, and Reset. Like seasons, these themes repeat — offering something new each time your body meets them.

Join whenever you’re ready. Stay for one round or many. Each cycle supports you to rebuild strength, reconnect with your core, and find steadiness in motherhood.

Open to all from 6 weeks after birth (8 weeks if c-section) until babies are crawling.  

$20 one class, $90 for a 5 class pass
