Our post-natal classes provide you with a restorative and nurturing practice, as well as a chance to connect with other new mums in our community.

These classes offer you a yoga practice which focuses on strengthening and stabilising your body - especially the core and pelvic floor, as well as helping you release tightness and tension.  We always end with a short relaxation practice before sending you back into the rest of your day! But before that, there’s cake and chat - should you choose.

Open to all from 6 weeks after birth (8 weeks if c-section) until babies are crawling.  

All spaces must be booked in advance.

$20 drop in, 5 class pass for $90, $15 concessions
